Business Development Representative
Job Summary:
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with our existing and potential clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and effectively communicating the value of our SAAS product. By collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will focus on contributing to driving revenue growth and establishing our presence as a leader in the real estate and furniture industry's digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales and profitability.
Initiate contact and engage prospects through various channels, including email, cold calling, social media, and networking events.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each prospect's pain points, challenges, and business goals.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of our product and tailor your communication to address specific client needs.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule product demonstrations and presentations for qualified leads.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities through consistent follow-up and relationship-building efforts.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate new business opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to the sales and product teams.
Work closely with the marketing team to provide input on lead generation strategies, content development, and campaign effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience with proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within a SAAS or technology-related industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong business acumen, with excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Confident, self-driven, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Desirable Skills:
Fluency in English or proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Understanding of the Real Estate or Furniture industries.
Established industry connections in Real Estate or Furniture sectors that could benefit from our solutions.
